APPLICATIONS
Open Weekend Application
The application for Spring 2018 is now closed! Open weekends usually take place during the first six weeks of the semester, and events during this time ranges from anything from comedy, to live music, to performance art installations. Send your completed application to shiva@vassar.edu.

Waivers and required production checklist
Everybody who uses the space has to sign a waiver and the director and production team are required to complete forms regarding the event.
A basic list of potential fineable offenses. If you unsure about something PLEASE ASK!
If you need to call security, EMS or a clean-up crew for whatever reason please contact Shiva Staff immediately and fill out the accident report as soon as possible.
